Kevin is an expert home inspector. He is certified through the American Housing Inspection Training (AHIT), an InterNACHI Member, and has passed the national home inspection examination. Kevin wants to help his clients understand what they need to know about their homes before buying them. He doesn’t just inspect properties, he educates his clients.
Pedro has a passion for the safety and security of others, whether it was during his 11 years as a member of the United States Air Force or more than 30 years of public service working for the Federal Aviation Administration.
Over the years, he’s tackled his fair share of improvements for his rental properties and his own homes, which means he has a lot of experience identifying potential issues. He now shares his passion for the safety and security of property investments as a home inspector. As a nationally certified and trained home inspector, Pedro is looking forward to helping you protect your investment by inspecting it as if it were his own.
